What kind of tyres do you use?
We exclusively use recycled motocross tyres. Because they’ve seen action on the track or trail, each tyre has unique wear patterns and "character" marks. We thoroughly deep-clean and treat them to ensure they are odorless and safe for indoor display.


Is there a benefit to providing my own tyre? 
Absolutely. Beyond the added sentimental value, providing your own tyre earns you a 10% discount by using the code MTD10 at checkout.

How does the process work?

  1. Ship it to us: Once you have purchased your product, we will provide you with the shipping address / drop off location for our workshop.

  2. Prep: We will deep-clean and treat your tyre to our professional standards to ensure it's "indoor-ready."

  3. Build: Construction of your print will commence with our standard procedure.

What is the frame made of?
We use recycled industrial pallets for all our frames. This timber is heavy-duty, long-lasting, and built to handle significant weight. By repurposing these materials, we give industrial wood a second life as high-end decor.


What is an "Aluminium Composite" sheet?
It’s a premium printing surface consisting of two thin sheets of aluminum bonded to a polyethylene core. It’s incredibly durable, lightweight, and gives your photos a modern, vibrant finish that won't warp or fade over time.

Printing & Customisation

How do I send you my photo?
Once you place your order, you can upload your high-resolution image through our mototread@outlook.com. For the best results, we recommend files at least 5mb in size, any smaller become a risk of pixelation.

Can I see a preview before you print?
Absolutely. We send a digital proof of your image within 5 business days. We won’t hit "print" until you give us the thumbs up.

How do I make sure nothing important gets cut off?
When choosing or cropping your photo, follow these two rules:

  • Center the Action: Keep the main subject (the bike, the person, or the logo) in the dead center of the square.

  • The "Circle Rule": If your print is going inside a tyre, remember that the corners of your square image will be hidden. Ensure there is plenty of "background space" around the edges so the tyre doesn't cut off someone's head or a wheel.

Maintenance & Care

Will the rubber smell?
Not at all. Our specialised cleaning process removes the "burnt rubber" or "garage" smell associated with used tyres, making them perfectly suitable for living rooms, offices, or bedrooms. Tyres are treated with Tyre Shine to give a 

How do I clean my wall art?
A simple microfiber cloth is all you need. You can use a damp cloth on the timber and aluminium, but avoid harsh chemical cleaners on the rubber to maintain its matte finish

Shipping & Returns 

Do you ship internationally?
Due to the size and weight of the tyres, shipping costs vary significantly. We currently ship within the country, shipping fee's will be provided subject to tyre size & location.

What is your return policy on personalised items?
Because these are custom-made with your personal photos, we cannot accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a defect in the print, we will rectify it immediately.

How long will it take to make my order?
Once we have received your photo and confirmed the image quality is suitable for the square/circular format, it takes 5–7 business days for us to print, construct, and install your piece. This time allows us to ensure the weathered timber frame is perfectly fitted and your masterpiece is finished to our high standards.

What are the shipping options?
Shipping duration will apply on top of the production time. Costs and timeframes depend on your location, the weight of the piece, and the freight supplier. These details can be confirmed at the time of booking.

Can I use my own shipping company? Even better!
If you have a preferred courier or your own shipping account, we are more than happy to accommodate you. We will wrap and package your art piece ready for pickup at no extra cost, ensuring it is secure for the journey.

How can I track my delivery?
Shipping details and estimated arrival times can be confirmed at the time of booking.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your custom art's journey to your door.
